Senior Support Worker for
Salary: £30,000 or £15.40 per hour

Requirements: Senior Support Worker
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong background in support work and social care
- 2 years experience as a Senior/Team Leader – duties including shift leading, medication, staff supervision
- Willing to undertake personal care
- Confident working with challenging behaviour
- A genuine passion in residential childcare
Desirable: Senior Support Worker
- Level 3 Residential Adult Care Diploma
- Experience in specialist care for children with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds
Responsibilities: Senior Support Worker
- Supporting with team leadership
- Carrying out risk assessments and updating care plans
- Administering medication
- Providing quality and consistent care to help meet social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Supporting young people to do their favourite things and to try new activities
- Promoting child safety and welfare and working with relevant stakeholders to do the same
